  1. As a curious non native: What's the accent of the guy at a 20:30? I'm having quite a hard time to understand him unfortunately

  2. It's not "flavorDimension 'something'". It's actually "flavorDimensions 'something'". (plural)

  3. I have just one request, the font smoothing inside the IDE on windows looks awful. I use sublime parallelly just for this reason. Please consider fixing it… Oh, and possibly new color schemes..?

  4. It's great that they have integrated the Device File Explorer which means we don't need to use Android Device Monitor as much.

  5. Are sample data already available in Android Studio 3.0 Canary 1?
Simply typing "@tools:sample/lorem" in "tools:text" does not seem to work for me.

  6. Great, There are bunch of features in Android Studio 3.0
I tried creating emulator to check play store. I selected android O API level with play store feature (Play store icon mentioned in that column). I couldn't see play store in emulator but surprisingly I am able to see other apps you tube, play music, etc,.. Please help

  7. how did he create the 'sampledata' folder and use the '@sample/activities'…I can't do it in my project

  8. HAHA google is trying to fully cut off from oracle 🙂
reinvent Java, reinvent compilers, reinvent everything and you don't need java anymore for dev on andudu 🙂 I see what you doing there, nice move btww

There is still some shit … you should do… PRICE UP 5$ dev? kidding me, PlayStore = junk

  9. they should have gone with swift instead of kotlin, would have made 1 less language to learn, why does every change always have to introduce another learning curve

  12. This sample data features at 6:48 doesn't seem to be working with Recycler View any more in Android Studio 3.5. When I define a listitem attribute, the recycler view shows only one instance, as if the item Count was locked to 1. Was this feature removed since?
