that 80% of the antibiotics produced in the world are fed to animals most of them don't actually go to human beings that's what a study in 2011 revealed now you might think that's not all that bad it probably makes your meat safe and healthy right well unfortunately that's not the full story the actual reason is that antibiotics help generate rapid growth artificially which makes sure that the livestock is as big as they can be unfortunately this could have harmful consequences for the world that's because the overuse of antibiotics is really dangerous it can help the rise of super bacterias which are resistant to antibiotics and that's not good for anyone cattle poor people number 9 food companies are hiding sugar nowadays it's pretty much common knowledge that you should avoid sugar as much as possible it's bad for your teeth it contains no essential nutrients it can help you develop diabetes and all sorts of other problems if you want to live a healthy life you know it's that they sell however contain a monsanto own patent in their genes so only monsanto can say who gets to plant their seeds or who doesn't not all farmers went with these new crops however some decided to stay with their old seeds there's one problem though Monsanto has actually sued many farmers accusing them of having used their GMO seeds without permission in virtually all the cases however those farmers didn't use the seeds willingly unwanted seeds actually flew into their crops from neighbours farms who used Monsanto seeds worst of all these seeds would actually destroy the organic farmers crop so many farmers have their crops destroyed and then were driven to bankruptcy by having to defend themselves in court that's not all another little secret Monsanto wants to keep hidden they aren't a big fan of bees because these genetically modified crops have been created to self pollinate they don't need bees to do that for them in fact many speculate that bees are actually getting in the company's way because they're a way to break their monopolies by naturally creating foods outside of the company's patent however when bees try to pollinate a GM flower or plant it gets poisoned and dies mostly because of Monsanto's pesticide roundup which is used in conjunction with their GM crops Monsanto of course denies all this but with their track record can you really believe them number seven you're shrimps are dirty in a lot of ways did you know that most of the shrimp sold worldwide are imported from countries like Thailand and Indonesia they're grown in a type of farm which are actually crowded and filthy pools full of antibiotics disinfectants and besides most pesticides used in fact are actually banned in places like the US these pools are so dense and dirty that many shrimps actually die in it not only that many prawn farms slice open and cut off the eyes of female shrimps to make them breathe faster as it causes them to develop mature ovaries this practice called from the fiber that will make you healthier quite the contrary this fake fiber can cause bloating gas and general gastrointestinal distress once again it's always important to watch out for shoddy marketing while in the supermarket number three cows are now fed corn and that's not a good thing it's entirely unnatural for cows to eat corn they have evolved over thousands of years on a diet that ammonia to try and kill the bacteria yes the same ammonia that can be found in floor cleaners it might be in your ground beef it can also comprise of up to 15 percent of fast-food burgers and it's all completely legal on top of all of this there's still something to be said for the treatment of cows who don't live a very great life before going to the slaughterhouse they live in stressful conditions producing way more milk than they not we would in the wild and some Veals are even saddled with heavy chains for their entire lives overall it seems that cows have a pretty rough life green pastures living freely that's only really accurate for organic chickens but they only equate to around three percent of all produced in reality so-called free-range chickens are still raised in giant overcrowded sheds free-range chickens get access to the outdoors but since there are no limits on flock size many are still so cramped together they can't even spread their wings they also live in filthy conditions with menagh related flooring that's only cleaned every two to four years number one chickens have really changed we've actually been shaping the way chickens grow and look like for quite some time this is so companies can make as much meat and hence profit as possible intensive breeding turned these animals into what we could call super breeds made to grow faster and produce more meat we selectively bred them to accentuate preferable traits for example most people like white meat so chicken breast increased significantly over the years the breasts of a modern reach icahn their chickens this is done to prevent the chickens from pecking each other to death all of this can show a side to farming that might not be pretty to look at but is important to know no matter if   3. The only thing that amazed me about this video is that it tries to give the impression that all meat and dairy farmers treat the animals that provide them with a living atrociously. Whilst that may be true in some countries or individual farms it is not universal. Farms in the UK for example generally have very high standards of care (yes there are exceptions) and things like free range mean exactly what they are ment to mean. Perhaps the makers of this video are referring to the conditions in their country (I am guessing America) however they should perhaps consider that their audience is worldwide and so are their generalisations, given that they don't say where they are referring to. Speeking as someone who has worked in the industry to have someone who has clearly never been to a farm infer that I or any of the farmers I've worked with misstreat their livestock is insulting. In fact many farmers understand that the better the living conditions the better the quality of product ( stress adversely affects the flavour of meat/milk/eggs ). It would be like inferring all YouTube video makers are insensitive arsholes that tar everyone with the same brush after looking up a couple of negative stories about the subject they are doing a video about. In fact it makes the makers of the video come across as a bunch of militant vegans with an agenda. Shame as their videos are normally far better than this.

  7. Seems our host got shy, that's it for cheese? Milk substituted with whey powder? How is that so bad that is my protein shake and that is good right? Our host has forgotten to tell us about the wood, some Parmesan cheese, the kind you shake on pizza usually in a green bottle to not name anyone, is over half saw dust. That's why certain things do really taste like cardboard. Our host should be less shy next time.

  8. I don't like nasty subjects but I have noticed a lot of people being confused as to what MK Ultra is and understandably so, a complex thing can't be learned with a simple video. To offer a good base example, the prawns in this video that are female are traumatized and blind because their eyes were cut off. Let's as an example use an underground facility that in preparation of a nuclear attack had traumatized blind people in it. Both seem confusing at this point, why seemingly torture them for no reason? We know that eye removal causes ovaries to grow quicker and that is #1 for repopulating as fast as possible, trauma aside this is now their primary function and use. I am again not the moral police, I am just good at explaining things and like to share what I know.

  9. Don't bother in the long run reading all these ingredients, at first you will need to for experience. The goal is to learn to taste and feel instead of reading your ingredients and they are very subtle so the less you smoke or vape the better. I'm not stating if they are bad for your health or not, just that they will interfere with taste and smell. I'm 33, in high school I did my final public speaking report on MSG and the 28 or more names it can go by. Again we are not saying it is bad or good, our goal is to recognize it. To take a bite of food and be able to know what it is made of, that is the goal. If you want a fun and delicious starting point, drink 2 separate cups of any highly caffeinated soda like mountain dew both with and without caffeine. After this try it with coffee since its a bit harder, even decaf does still contain a small amount. It is bitter and subtle but more so you will feel it obviously. You want to taste it and know of it is there or not before you feel it though. If I am having a very panic attack filled day I don't want some asshole Batista evil villain putting a ton of shots of full strength, even France strength espresso into my drink that I normally would not notice due to all the sugar and flavoring, textures and temperatures. Thats a trip to the hospital. This has happened before in a French meeting, one of the guests was not used to the strength of their coffee served and had to be hospitalized. If you are older it won't seem far fetched. Unless you are older or young with bad health, this is not a skill you will probably bother or want to learn yet. I will leave it at that.

  14. The sad thing is that it's all about the money! The owners of these companies don't care about the general population just how big there bank accounts are. You can't even take these companies to court because they will just keep dragging it out till you have no more money left to fight and drop it. The only way we can stop these companies is by boycotting them. Hit them were they only care about. It's also sad the the government doesn't put stricter laws against them.
