London Festival of Architecture // 2018 Call for Entries

Working with the London Festival of
Architecture on the pavilion has been the transformative project for our
practice, it’s been our first competition win, our first new build building and the
first time working with the support of clients such as Dulwich Picture Gallery
and LFA. It’s been an amazing springboard for our practice and we’ve really
enjoyed working with the team at the LFA. The pavilion project has led to some
exciting new commissions which is enable the price to grow from just the
three of us at the beginning of the year to now being ten people. We were delighted to have the
opportunity to work with the London Festival of Architecture in 2017 and it
really provided Northbank with the opportunity to showcase the iconic
location that we operate within, the architectural importance of the
buildings on offer but also really promote the cultural offer that the Northbank has. I was one of the singers in the
Silvertown performance which happened in the Carlsberg and Tetley building in the
Royal Docks. It was a unique event which brought together musicians, composers,
poets, architects and the London Festival of Architecture is a kind of an amazing
platform to allow events like that to happen. I’m very proud to support the London
Festival of Architecture which does amazing work championing London’s
architecture sector. Identity is a brilliant theme for LFA 2018 and I’m
calling on as many people as possible to get involved.
