AND SO YOU KNOW, WHAT HUD IS TRYING TO DO IS SHOW THAT GIVING PEOPLE A HAND-UP VERSUS A HANDOUT. SOME PEOPLE CAN BE SUCCESSFUL. THAT’S OUR MISSION AND OUR GOAL. AS AN AGENCY, WE’RE FOCUSING ON A BUSINESS MIND SET. EVEN THOUGH WE’RE FEDERALLY FUNDED. WE DO A LOT OF CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT. WE’RE SELF-DEVELOPED. WE’RE TURNKEY, WHICH MEANS WE’RE PARTNERING WITH A DEVELOPER. A BUILDING IS CONSTRUCTED AND THEY GIVE IT TO US. AND WE HAVE PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS.
